Please complete the form below as completely as you can. We rely on members to volunteer for activities, comittees, board of directors, and officers. don’t forget to pay the club dues. See the message below the submit button at the bottom of this form regarding paying dues.

Club Dues: After submitting this form, you must pay your dues. New member dues are $50 for an individual or $70 for a couple (living at same address) for the first year. If you join after September 1st, your dues will cover through the following year. You may pay dues by credit card at our webstore using one of the following links to the appropriate items.
