Eric Schrader is a bonsai artist, bonsai grower, photographer and teacher.  Eric grew up in Boonville, California, among beautiful redwoods, oaks and buckeye trees; his interest in bonsai has led him to study the mountains of California, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, and Utah searching for wild and wonderful trees. Eric believes that bonsai is an avenue for exploration of the natural world around us as much and an art form that captures the essence of trees.
