Suiseki is the Japanese name for the art and culture of stone appreciation. In China, “Scholar Stones” have been sought after and honored for centuries. The Japanese esthetic seeks to represent nature in the palm of your hand.

Edd Kuehn has been collecting stones since he started wearing pants with pockets.  One could say he is obsessed with rocks!  Edd drifted into Suiseki with an interest in finding ways to display the stones he had collected.  He investigated Daizas and found a whole art form in Suiseki to express his passion for stone. Edd is an avid collector and can tell you how to elevate your stones to an art form.  He can tell you where to collect great stones and what to look for.  He can tell you how to create custom daizas that enhance the beauty and impact of your stones.
